Thomas Hardy in Chinese

Hardy’s Wessex Tales and A Group of Noble Dames have been translated into Chinese by THS Member Rongyue Liu, published by Hubei Jingu Chuanqi Digital New Media Co Ltd as e-books in China and put online by Tomato, WeChat & QQ Reading and Yuewen Group.
Translator Liu is now working on Hardy’s Life's Little Ironies and A Changed Man and Other Tales.
Liu has also written many articles on Hardy's Short Stories and his ambition is to eventually translate all of Hardy's works and make them available to Chinese readers. His current aim is to translate all of Hardy's four books of short stories. He has previously translated Tess of the D'Urbervilles and Jude the Obscure, and these have already been published in China.
